What services do you offer?

At Miami Strength and Fitness Health Clubs, we provide a variety of services including personal training, group training with up to 4 clients (per trainer), and Evolt Body Scan technology for accurate wellness assessments to help you reach your fitness goals effectively and safely.

Are there membership options available?

Yes, we offer multiple membership plans tailored to fit different needs and budgets. Whether you are looking for a short-term pass or a long-term commitment, we have options that cater to everyone.

What are your operating hours?

Our doors are open are from 5:00 AM to 8:30 PM on weekdays and 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends.

 

New members must come by during STAFF operating hours (see below.)

 

*24/7 Access ADD ON is required to access gym at all other hours*

STAFF HOURS:
Weekdays 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM

Saturday   9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Sunday      NO STAFF (Fingerprint Access ONLY)

What is your cancelation policy?

We allow cancellation of memberships up to five (5) days before the new billing cycle. If you request is received after the allowed period, your account will be charged for the last cycle, then terminated.
 

To cancel, send an email with your request and information (name and phone number.)
